Last gadget from Apple raised a huge interest among photographers. Many people feels that it open the door for new opportunities, including here the possibility to use iPad as a portable portfolio.
I was curious to see the input of photographic community regarding this very promising tool from Apple and it was not necessary to wait too much! Today I discovered a very interesting review of iPad written by a photographer from photo.net community, Josh Root. His conclusion is that:
the iPad is a very interesting start to a whole new class of computing devices that perhaps address the idea of “how do you want to do things” rather than the more typical “what tasks can you do with this”. If so, THAT may be the iPad’s lasting legacy and something that could launch it into the realm of “magical and revolutionary”. But until then, it’s just a pretty cool toy that you can do a lot of neat stuff with.
